If you want a quick and easy way to create an automation scenario, you have two options: create your template based on those available in the system, or copy a creation from another scenario.

For the first solution, go to the scenario you are interested in and then to the Design section. In the upper part, right next to the Action buttons, you will see a button that, when pressed, will allow you to select one of the many templates we have prepared, sorted by the type of communication you want to prepare. All you have to do is click on the creation that interests you, and it will automatically be pulled into your scenario.

If you want to use the second way, enter the scenario you've already prepared and, if it's running, go to Review and then press the Stop button. Now go to the Design tab and from the Actions section, which is located at the top of the screen, right next to the space for entering the message subject, click the Copy option. At this point, remember to go to Review again and run the script again.

Later, exit to the main view with all scenarios and go to the one you want to create. Set the Customize section and select the sender of the message according to your preferences, then go to the Design tab and from the Actions section select Paste - this will paste the template of another message you copied into the new one. This action will allow you to quickly create a new script without having to prepare it from scratch.
