You've already created a satisfying creation that can serve as a base for subsequent messages, but you didn't save it as a template? No problem!

To use an existing message as a template, just copy and paste it in the Template Editor.

First, let's go to the base creation - it can be either a newsletter campaign or any design of marketing automation scenario. In the design creator, we select the Copy option.

For marketing automation scenarios, the Copy option is at the top of the wizard, while for newsletters it is at the bottom.

Click on Copy

Once the template is copied, just go to the Template Editor (Dashboard → Newsletter NEW → Template Editor). We choose Create New Design, then set a name. In the creator, we choose Paste.

Click on Paste

At this stage, it remains to save the template or use it immediately for the newsletter.

Click on Copy…

Done! 💪

You can now find your template in the Template Editor, under the My Templates tab.

Select My Templates
