A product feed is an XML file containing all the most important information about your products.

Before each message is sent from an automation scenario, e.g. from the Abandoned Carts scenario, the system queries the feed for the availability of the products to be sent in the message. This way your customers will receive only products available in the store in the message. In addition, product information such as title, product URL, image URL, price, product category is drawn from the product feed.
