If you see an error message in the update history section, under your profile name (bottom-left corner) â PRODUCT FEED â the "Feed" tab, this means the system found empty values for individual products when it downloaded your product feed.
This does not mean your product feed is inactive and that the system has stopped drawing information from it!
By clicking on "Open report", you will be taken to a section where you will see specific information about the erroneous or empty values: which product is affected and which parameter is wrong.
You can also download the error report as a .csv file and conveniently send it to your developer or technical support.
What happens if you don't fix these errors?
The system will block messages in which a product with an incorrect or empty value was to be sent (for example, if an image is missing for a product with ID 1234).
We recommend that you correct the values for the erroneous products, especially if the errors affect the majority of products in your feed.
Once you have corrected the errors in your product feed, you don't need to do anything else. The system will update the values during the next automatic processing.
[!] Important: If you already fixed the products and the feed now shows as "Updated", but some products are still missing or have no price, contact our team via chat or at hello@edrone.me. We'll help you check what's going on.
