If you see an error message in the update history section under Products -> Feed, this means that the system has found empty values for individual products when downloading the product feed.
This does not mean that your product feed is inactive and the system is not drawing information from it!
By clicking on "Open report", you will be taken to a section in which you will see specific information concerning erroneous or empty values (which product is affected, which parameter is erroneous).
In addition, you can download the error report to a .csv file and conveniently send it to your developer or technical support.
What happens if you do not correct these errors?
In this situation, the system will block messages in which a product with an incorrect or empty value was to be sent (for example, if an image is missing for a product with ID 1234).
We recommend that you correct the values for erroneous products, especially if the erroneous values affect the majority of products in your feed.
Once you have corrected the errors in your product feed, you do not need to do anything. The system will update the incorrect values during the next automatic processing.
