How to check reports for a single automation scenario

Written by Klaudia Lewandowska

Analyzing your data plays a key role in optimizing your marketing strategy, improving the Client experience, and getting better financial results in e-commerce. Revenue and Client behavior data give you the insights you need to make informed, data-based decisions.

Want to know why data analysis matters and which metrics to focus on? Check out Why you should analyze data and what data to analyze.

Here's how to analyze the data for each automation scenario.

Analyzing automation scenario data

Every Ready Flow is built the same way, with a series of steps you complete to launch it. Each scenario also includes a Reports section.

Go to Automations > Ready Flows.

Click Reports for the scenario you want to check.

In this section, you'll see the scenario's results for the period you select.

If the scenario can also send messages through SMS, you can break results down by channel too.

Here you'll find the number of messages sent, open stats, delivery information, unsubscribes, and revenue generated by the scenario.

Messages and revenue over time chart

In the Overview tab of each automated scenario's Reports section, you'll now find a Messages and revenue over time chart. It shows sent messages and the revenue attributed to the scenario over time.

You can switch the chart between daily, weekly, and monthly totals — it shows Daily totals by default.

It's a quick way to see whether revenue is growing along with the number of messages you send, and to spot trends without digging through a data table.

You'll also find the orders this scenario helped generate, along with the individual Clients who placed them.

Analyzing your results is simple, and the insights you get will help you optimize your campaigns.

Want to compare results across scenarios? Go to REPORTS > AUTOMATIONS.
