The beauty of Marketing Automation is that it saves you the effort of tracking every single customer who is engaged across multiple campaigns and channels.

It would be ideal if you could just set everything up once and not worry about anything, knowing that every element is working as it should. However, the reality is a little different - audiences change, as does the market you're operating in. Also, no matter how good your strategy is, there will always be room to optimize it

Engagement Dashboard section

This section will show you the detailed results generated by edrone. Analyse newsletter revenue, automation revenue, automation messages sent, and push messages sent.

In the section below, Top Automation, you will analyze which scenarios generated the most revenue or orders, as well as verify the best newsletter campaigns over selected time periods.

Automations

In this section, you will easily analyze effective automation scenarios, the number of orders they generated, with a comparison to the previous period, emails sent, opens, open rate, clicks, and the number of unsubscribed users. Based on the collected data, you will be able to see which scenarios generate the most orders or other desired results.

  • Emails sent:
This metric reports the number of messages sent by the automation system. You can monitor whether the number of messages sent is increasing or decreasing compared to the previous period.

  • Unique Opened
Opens refers to the number of recipients who received a message but did not open it. This metric allows you to assess how effective your messages are and whether it is worth making changes to the content and title of the message.

  • Open rate (OR):
This ratio indicates the percentage of users who opened the message they received. You can monitor this indicator to assess how attractive your messages are to your audience and how well they work in the context of automation.

  • Unique Clicked
The number of clicks tells you how many users clicked on links or buttons in your messages. This metric gives you an insight into how effective your messages are in leading your audience to interact and take a specific action.

  • CTR (Click-Through Rate) is a click-through rate that measures the ratio of the number of clicks on links or buttons to the number of times a message is opened. It is commonly used in online marketing as a measure of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns or marketing efforts.

  • Number of unsubscribed users:
This metric indicates the number of users who have unsubscribed or withdrawn their consent to receive messages. This can be an important indicator to help you assess whether your messaging and automation strategy is appropriate for your audience.

By analyzing these metrics, you will be able to assess the effectiveness of your actions, identify areas for optimization and take appropriate action to improve the effectiveness of your automation and communication with users.

In the bar chart, you will analyze which automation campaigns generated the most revenue, orders, or sent messages over a selected period of time. You can analyze the data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

Newsletters (email)

In this section, you will analyze, on tabs, how many messages were sent, the average OR, CTR, CTOR, revenue, and how many newsletter campaigns were sent in the last 30 days. In the line graph, you will analyze the orders, revenues, and emails sent on a daily, monthly, and annual basis over the selected time period.

In the tables, you can view all your sent campaigns, over a selected period of time. You can filter the data using the arrows next to the data.
