The beauty of Marketing Automation is that it saves you the effort of tracking every single customer who is engaged across multiple campaigns and channels.
It would be ideal if you could just set everything up once and not worry about anything, knowing that every element is working as it should. However, the reality is a little different — audiences change, and so does the market you operate in. Also, no matter how good your strategy is, there is always room to optimize it.
How to find the Engagements report in edrone?
To open your Engagements report, log in to your dashboard and go to REPORTS > AUTOMATIONS
Select the AUTOMATIONS tab.
At the top of the page, you'll find a simple dropdown: "Last 30 days vs previous 30 days". Use it to set the time period for all the data shown below.
Report overview
Below the period dropdown, you'll see 5 metric tiles that summarize the performance of your automations for the selected period:
Revenue
Total Number of Orders
Messages Sent
OR (Open Rate)
CTR (Click-Through Rate)
📌 Tip: You'll also find an AI-powered panel called MCP on this screen. It gives you AI-assisted analysis of your results.
Automations table
Below the metric tiles, you'll find a single table with all the details about your automation scenarios. Use the channel tabs above the table — All channels, Email, SMS, WhatsApp — to filter the results by channel.
For each scenario, the table shows:
Name: the name of the automation scenario.
Channel: the channel used to send the message (Email, SMS, or WhatsApp).
Revenue: the revenue generated by the scenario.
Orders: the number of orders generated by the scenario.
Sent: the number of messages sent by the scenario. You can monitor whether this number is increasing or decreasing compared to the previous period.
Opens: the number of recipients who opened the message.
Clicks: the number of recipients who clicked on a link or button in the message.
OR% (Open Rate): the percentage of recipients who opened the message.
CTOR% (Click-to-Open Rate): the percentage of people who clicked a link, out of the people who opened the message.
CTR% (Click-Through Rate): the ratio between the number of clicks and the number of times the message was opened.
Unsubscribes: the number of recipients who unsubscribed or withdrew their consent to receive messages.
By analyzing these metrics, you can assess the effectiveness of your automations, spot areas to optimize, and take action to improve your results.
📌 Tip: Looking for newsletter campaign performance? That data now lives in its own report. Go to REPORTS > NEWSLETTERS to check it out.
