The MCP Connector is a new way to interact with your edrone data using natural language inside Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI). Instead of navigating dashboards, filters, and reports, you simply ask a question — and get an instant, data-driven answer straight from your edrone account. You can also ask it to create email and SMS newsletters for you.
What is the MCP Connector?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. The connector acts as a secure bridge between edrone and AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. Once connected, your assistant can read your store data and answer questions such as:
“Which products sold best last month?”
“How did my latest newsletter perform?”
“Who are my highest-value customers right now?”
“What are my top-performing automation flows?”
“What was my total revenue and average order value last month?”
The assistant retrieves the relevant data directly from edrone and returns clear, structured insights — no exports, no spreadsheets, no digging through reports.

How to connect it
You activate the MCP Connector directly in your edrone panel. The whole setup takes about 2 minutes.
Open the connector page: https://control.edrone.me/app/store/integrations/ai-connector — or go to Integrations → MCP in your panel.
Choose your assistant, Claude or ChatGPT. Each one has its own step-by-step guide with screenshots (inside the edrone MCP panel).
When prompted, copy the MCP server URL:
Sign in with edrone via OAuth to authorize the connection — access is scoped to your tracker.
Start asking questions in plain language.

What you can ask

Create email and SMS newsletters
The MCP Connector can also prepare newsletters for you. Ask, for example, “Create an email newsletter for the start of autumn,” and the assistant will:
propose the campaign name, audience, subject, preview text and send time — you accept or change each one;
design the email with edrone's email design AI, using products from your catalog;
for SMS, show you the cost in credits before anything is saved;
send a test to your own email address;
send or schedule the campaign — only after you explicitly confirm.

Secure by design
Security and data integrity are built into the MCP Connector. It is:
Under your control — the assistant proposes every setting and waits for your decision. Campaigns are saved as drafts in your edrone panel, and nothing is sent to your customers until you explicitly confirm.
