To change a client's subscription status, follow the steps below.

1. Go to the CRM section

Go to CRM section

2. Find Clients Card

Enter an email address or phone number and click enter.

3. Select the correct subscription status from the list

Select the correct subscription status from the list

In exactly the same way, you can change the status of your SMS subscription.
