How do I change the subscription status of a single email address?

To change a client's subscription status, follow the steps below.

1. Go to the Customers > CRM section

Click on CRM

2. Find Clients Card

Enter an email address or phone number and click enter.

Type Search by email, phone number or ID

3. Select the correct subscription status from the list

Click on Subscribed

In exactly the same way, you can change the status of your SMS subscription.In exactly the same way, you can change the status of your SMS subscription.
