Information about user activity is collected from the moment a user is identified by edrone. You can read about user identification here.
On the customer card, you can see information about your customers' recent activity, such as products viewed, added to cart, and ordered. Here you will also see information on Newsletter opens and clicks, as well as the last message received from Automation Scenarios.
To check user activity, follow the steps below.
1. Go to CRM section
2. Search customer card
3. Select a suitable date range
4. Check customer activity
