Tabs such as "Main", "Offers" or "Communities" were created to separate marketing and sales messages from important messages that each of us receives on a daily basis (e.g. bills, invoices, booking confirmations, etc.).

However, it is worth remembering that the simpler structure of the email and the fewer marketing phrases, the greater chance that the message will be delivered to the main folder.

A positive impact on the delivery of marketing messages to the main inbox may also be message personalization, message weight, number of graphics, and the amount of text.

It is also worth bearing in mind that it may depend on individual mailbox settings - in a simple way, the user can create a filter that will search for specific phrases, e.g. marketing phrases, and automatically redirect the message to the selected folder.
