However, we are not able to verify to which folder on the customer's mailbox the message was delivered.
Remember that the Spam and Offers folders are also part of the inbox.
Each email provider, such as Gmail, Onet, or Yahoo, has its own algorithms that determine to which folder a message is delivered. These algorithms are not public, and as a result, we have no way of knowing to which folder a message has been delivered.
