In order to set the sender in the newsletter message, go to Settings in your creation (Dashboard → Campaigns → Newsletter → selected newsletter → Settings).
You will find the sender field on the right-hand side - here you can select one of the saved senders, or add a new one.
For the sender, we need to fill in the following data:
From (name)
The content indicated in this field will be displayed as the name of the email sender. Here we can enter any sender, for example: Patrycja from edrone
From (email)
The email address shown in the sender field.
Reply to
The email address to which any replies will be sent. Do not leave this field blank! We care about keeping in touch with our customers.😉
After entering the required data, just click "Confirm".
Make sure that the domains of the email addresses in the above fields have company domains. Domains like gmail may negatively affect the deliverability of your message.
