How do I remove a message sender that I am not using?

Deleting non-used message senders in scenarios, Custom Flows or the newsletter creator

In the "sender" section of the Ready Flows, in Custom Flows, or in the newsletter campaign builder, you will find a list of message senders that you have added in the past and can use in campaigns.

We currently give you the option to delete an unused, out-of-date sender address in standard automation scenarios, e.g. Reviewed Products or Newsletter Sign-up and Custom Flows.

The removal of unused sender addresses from Newsletter functionality is currently not available - we are working on this.

To remove a sender from a Ready Flow, follow the instructions below.

1. Go to the Automations > Ready flows section

2. Go to the settings of chosen scenario by clicking Open button


3. Click on the message to view the Message settings

4. Select the edit button in the Email sender section

5. Press the trash can icon next to the sender you want to delete


That's it. The sender has been removed from the account and all automation scenarios.
