In the 'sender' section of the finished automation scenarios, in Custom Flows, or in the newsletter campaign builder, you will find a list of message senders that you once added and can use in campaigns.

Currently, deleting an unused, out-of-date sender address is not possible. So these senders will be visible in the list. You can add more senders without difficulty by using the plus icon next to the senders list.
