How do I remove a message sender that I am not using?

Deleting non-used message senders in scenarios, Custom Flows or the newsletter wizard

In the "sender" section of the Ready Flows, in Custom Flows, or in the newsletter campaign builder, you will find a list of message senders that you have added in the past and can use in campaigns.

We currently give you the option to delete an unused, out-of-date sender address in standard automation scenarios, e.g. Reviewed Products or Newsletter Sign-up.

The removal of unused sender addresses from Newsletter and Custom Flows functionality is currently not available - we are working on this.

To remove a sender from a Ready Flow, follow the instructions below.

1. Go to the Automations -> Ready flows section

3. Go to the SENDER section

4. In the Predefined senders section, click the trash icon next to the sender you want to delete

The sender has been removed from all standard automation scenarios.
