Yes, it is possible to import historical orders from the platform into edrone. This does not involve uploading files to the system, but sending events to the edrone API. This is an optional functionality of the system, so if you want to use it, you should have your developer execute the appropriate code.
How to prepare a code that will send historical orders to edrone?
The code should be prepared according to our documentation: https://docs.edrone.me/data-import.html#orders and placed on the store platform. Depending on the platform, all transmitted parameters should be filled according to the variables available on the platform. It is important to fill in the parameter event_utc_date, based on it the date of the order in the system will be assigned.
