How to set message sender in automation scenarios?

To set the sender in a message for a Flow, go to the "Sender" tab (Dashboard → Ready Flows → selected flow → Sender).

Then just fill in the missing information.

1. Go to the Automations -> Ready Flows section and choose scenario

Click on Ready Flows

2. Go to the SENDER section

Click on SENDER

4. Here you have the place where you can add a new Sender

  1. From (name)
    The content indicated in this field will be displayed as the name of the email sender. Here we can enter any sender, for example: Patrycja from edrone

  2. From (email)
    The email address is shown in the sender field.

  3. Reply to
    The email address to which any replies will be sent. Do not leave this field blank! We care about keeping in touch with our customers.😉

Who are the predefined senders?

This is a list of senders that have already appeared in other messages. If you want to use the same sender again, just select it from the list.

Make sure that the domains of the email addresses in the above fields have company domains. Domains like Gmail may negatively affect the deliverability of your message.
