To set the sender in a message for a Flow, click on your profile > Your Account > Sending Settings
You will find the “Automation Email Sender” field to choose a sender from the list of existing ones. This sender will be used in emails sent through automation scenarios .
You can also create a new sender in the same page:
Next to the selection field, you will find a gear icon that opens the menu to edit existing senders or add a new one.
To add a new sender, you need to fill in the following details (by clicking on “+ Add sender”):
From (name)
The content indicated in this field will be displayed as the name of the email sender. Here we can enter any sender, for example: Patrycja from edrone
From (email)
The email address shown in the sender field.
Reply to
The email address to which any replies will be sent. Do not leave this field blank! We care about keeping in touch with our customers.😉
After entering the required data, just click "Confirm".
The sender you choose in this process will be used when the automations send emails to the clients.
