1. Enable WhasApp messages in automations (Ready Flows) - Go to the automation section (Ready Flows) in your edrone dashboard and enable the WhatsApp option for the automation scenario by clicking button Add WhatsApp.
2. A message with the ready content will be added, which you can edit at any time by clicking the yellow "Edit Design" button.
3. In the creator, you can edit the message content, but you can also add a header, information on how to unsubscribe from this communication channel, as well as buttons that redirect to the pages you choose.
4. Run the scenario – After these steps, the system will automatically start sending WhatsApp messages for the selected Ready Flows automation scenarios to your customers.
5. You can check a specially prepared Report for messages sent through the WhatsApp channel. Simply click the Reports button:
Then go to the WhatsApp tab:
In the reports, you’ll find information about revenue and orders, as well as reactions and replies to your message. You can also go directly to the specific conversation in edrone Inbox:
Remember to integrate WhatsApp with the Inbox beforehand!
