What information can you check on the Dashboard?
On the Dashboard, you can view four key delivery metrics for your campaigns:
Delivery Rate – The proportion of emails successfully delivered (number of sent emails minus bounces) to the total number of sent emails.
Bounce Rate – The percentage of emails that bounced compared to the total number of sent emails, including both soft and hard bounces.
Spam Complaint Rate – The proportion of emails marked as spam to the total number of sent emails.
Unsubscribe Rate – The percentage of unique unsubscribes compared to the total number of sent emails.
Remember, the Dashboard focuses on delivery metrics, not deliverability!
Delivery refers to the successful transmission of an email from the sender to the recipient's mail server. It confirms that the email has physically reached the intended server. However, this doesn't guarantee that the email will land in the recipient's inbox; it merely signifies the initial step of the email reaching the recipient's domain.
Where can you find the Delivery Dashboard?
1. Go to the Campaigns tab -> Newsletter
2. Click on Delivery
3. Here, you will find the key metrics related to the delivery of your Newsletters
4. You can see how you compare to the industry
5. In the table, you can check individual indicators for a single Newsletter
