With Custom Flows you can create any automation scenario - the one you currently need.

You can create a path tailored perfectly to your needs and what is the biggest difference between scenarios and Custom Flows - it is now in Custom Flow that you can differentiate message communications in relation to customer status.

Your messages can be sent to specific groups of recipients and not just to customers who have performed a specific action such as viewing a product.

With Custom Flows you can create any automation scenario - the one you currently need.

In Custom Flows you can use:

- Purchasing filters

Such as:

  • Total purchase value

  • Total purchase count

  • Last purchase date

  • Customer never made a purchase

    Click on Select a filter category…

- User interaction filters

Click on Select a filter category…

Such as:

  • Last visit date

  • Last purchase date

  • Last add-to-cart date

  • Last e-mail open date

  • Last e-mail click date

  • Last product view date

Click on Select a filter category…

- Customer attribute filters

Such as:

  • Subscription status e-mail

  • Subscription status SMS

  • City

  • Country

  • Gender

  • Language

  • Tags

Click on Select a filter category…
