Collecting data from your customers is the first step towards developing Customer Intelligence. That's why the edrone system monitors each user as they interact with an online store, gradually building a Customer Profile.
What is a Customer Profile?
In edrone, Customer Profiles are pages that contain all relevant information about a given customer. The more a customer interacts with a store, the more information their Customer Profile will show. In short, it gives you a 360° view of all there is to know about a customer, neatly organized in one place.
Where can I find Customer Profiles in the edrone system?
Customer Profiles can be accessed by clicking on a customer avatar anywhere in the edrone system. It is also possible to find specific customers by searching for their email or phone number in the search bar inside the CRM section.
What does a Customer Profile page look like?

This is what you will find inside each Customer Profile:
Basic contact information such as full name, email address, phone number;
Which core segmentations the customer is part of;
A button which allows an agent to send an email directly to that customer using edrone’s Inbox;
Location (city and country);
Subscription status (email and SMS);
System data (first log in, last seen, customer ID, IP address);
Tags attributed to that customer;
Customer timeline with all previous interactions with products (viewed / added to the cart / orders) and engagements (email open / click).
It is also possible to export customer data or delete the customer from the database. This is a legal requirement to comply with GDPR and other data privacy regulations, in case any client requests their data or exercises their “right to be forgotten”.
To export customer data, go to the Export Customer Data section, select the file type (XML or HTML) and click the EXPORT TO HTML button.
