How to Give Product Feedback in edrone

Your feedback plays an important role in how edrone evolves.

Written by Larissa Rufino

Every successful eCommerce business grows through continuous improvement and the same applies to edrone.

As you work with the platform, you may discover opportunities to improve existing features, identify areas that could work better for your store, or come up with ideas that would help you achieve your goals faster. That's why we created a dedicated space where you can share your feedback directly with our Product Team.

What is Canny?

Canny is the platform used by edrone to collect, organize, and manage customer feedback.

It allows you to:

  • Submit new feature requests and suggestions.

  • Report problems or areas for improvement.

  • Explore ideas submitted by other customers.

  • Vote for feedback that is important to your business.

  • Follow the progress of feature requests and improvements.

By centralizing feedback in one place, Canny helps ensure that customer voices are heard and considered during product development.

How to access Canny

To access the feedback portal, click on your profile in edrone and select Leave feedback.

This will open Canny, where you can browse existing suggestions, vote for ideas, or create new feedback.

Why search before creating a new feedback post?

Before submitting a new suggestion, we recommend searching to see whether a similar idea already exists.

Many customers face similar challenges and opportunities. If someone has already submitted a request that matches your needs, you can simply vote for it instead of creating a duplicate post.

This helps our Product Team better understand which improvements are most valuable to customers and keeps related feedback organized in one place.

How to vote for an existing feedback

If you find a suggestion that would be valuable for your business, you can show your interest by voting for it.

To vote for an existing feedback:

  1. Access Canny through the Leave feedback option in the edrone platform.

  2. Search for feedback related to your suggestion.

  3. Open the desired feedback post.

  4. Click the Upvote button to register your vote.

That's it! Your vote will be counted and help increase the visibility and relevance of that suggestion.

How to create new feedback

If you can't find any feedback similar to what you'd like to submit, you can create a new post.

To do so:

  1. Access Canny through the Leave feedback option in the edrone platform.

  2. Click New Features.

  3. Enter a title for your feedback.

  4. In the description field, explain your suggestion or issue in as much detail as possible.

  5. Select the category related to your feedback.

  6. Click Create Post.

The more information you provide, the easier it will be for our team to understand the context, evaluate your request, and consider potential improvements to the platform.

What types of feedback can you share?

You can use Canny to submit different types of feedback, including:

Improvement suggestions

Ideas that could make existing features easier to use, more effective, or more flexible.

New features

Capabilities you would like to see added to the platform to help you achieve your business goals.

Platform issues

Situations where something is not working as expected or where the experience could be improved.

Integration feedback

Suggestions, questions, or challenges related to connecting your store and external systems with edrone.

Why your feedback matters

The best eCommerce tools are built together with their users.

By sharing your ideas and experiences, you help us create solutions that better support online stores, improve daily workflows, and deliver stronger marketing results.

Whether it's a small improvement or a completely new idea, every piece of feedback contributes to making edrone better for the entire community.
