How to Integrate with Uoou Solutions

The integration between Uoou Solutions and edrone allows your store to automatically send customer behavior and purchase history data to the platform. This enables edrone to identify sales opportunities, personalize communication, and activate automations that help turn visitors into customers and customers into repeat buyers.

Why integrate your store with edrone?

Every successful automation strategy starts with data. The better edrone understands your customers' behavior, the more relevant your campaigns, product recommendations, and automated scenarios become.

By connecting Uoou Solutions to edrone, your store will start sending key events from the customer journey, allowing the platform to:

  • Identify which products generate interest.

  • Detect abandoned carts.

  • Recognize completed purchases.

  • Capture new newsletter subscribers.

  • Automatically build customer behavior history.

This information serves as the foundation for features such as Abandoned Cart Recovery, Viewed Products, Smart Recommendations, customer segmentation, and other automations designed to increase conversions and revenue.

What happens after the integration?

Once the integration is activated, Uoou Solutions automatically starts sending events generated during customer browsing sessions.

Each event represents an important action performed by a visitor, allowing edrone to track the entire shopping journey.

The following events are sent:

  • homepage_view – homepage visit.

  • product_view – product page visit.

  • category_view – category page visit.

  • add_to_cart – product added to cart.

  • order – completed purchase.

  • subscribe – newsletter signup.

With this data, edrone can automatically respond to each customer's behavior, delivering more relevant communication and increasing the likelihood of conversion.

Automatic synchronization of order history

In addition to new events generated after the integration is activated, the platform also automatically synchronizes previous store orders.

This means your operation does not start from scratch. From day one, edrone can use your purchase history to segment customers, identify repeat buyers, and power retention and customer loyalty strategies.

Guaranteed conversion tracking

The order confirmation page is one of the most important moments in any e-commerce operation. For this reason, the integration includes special behavior for this stage.

Even when delayed loading (lazy loading) is configured, the edrone script is loaded immediately on the order confirmation page. This ensures that the conversion event is always sent correctly, providing accurate reporting, automations, and performance analysis.


How to configure the integration

To start the configuration:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Search for edrone.

  3. Select the integration.

  4. Click Add.

Completing the integration fields

Edrone App ID

Code provided by edrone. Check where to find the App ID here

This field is required for events to be sent correctly to the platform.

Script Position

Choose where the script will be loaded:

  • Header

  • Footer

Loading Method

Define how the script will be loaded:

  • Delayed (Lazy) – prioritizes page loading before executing the script.

  • Immediate – loads the script as soon as the page is opened.

Device Types

Select which devices will send events to edrone.

If this field is left empty, events will be sent from all devices automatically.

Finishing the configuration

After completing all fields:

  1. Click Create.

The integration will be saved, and the synchronization of events and order history will start automatically.


How to find your App ID in edrone

To locate your App ID:

  1. Log in to your edrone workspace

  2. Click on the "current workspace" section on the left bottom corner.

  3. Copy your App ID.

  4. Return to Uoou and paste the code into the integration field

This identifier is responsible for connecting your store with edrone and ensuring the correct synchronization of your store events and customer data.

Once the configuration is saved, the integration will be active and events will start being sent automatically to edrone.
