Callback Widget - new way to contact with client!

With the Callback Widget, you enable your customers to quickly request contact directly from your store’s website. All they need to do is provide their phone number and email address — and you will instantly receive an SMS notification about the new request.


1. What is the Callback Widget and what are its benefits?

The Callback Widget is an on-site widget that allows customers to request contact within seconds.

The customer:

• enters their phone number

• provides their email address

• submits the request with one click

✔ Increase the number of customer inquiries

✔ Reduce your sales team’s response time

✔ Receive instant SMS notifications

✔ Keep all requests stored in one place (Report section)

It’s a simple way to generate leads without creating complex contact forms.

2. How does the Callback Widget work?

The process is very simple:

The customer fills out the form in the widget.

After submission:

• 📩 an SMS notification is sent to the configured phone number informing you about the contact request

• 📊 the request is saved in the Report section


📱 Important SMS information

• SMS messages are sent from your SMS package

• Each request may generate:

– a notification for you

– an optional confirmation message for the customer (if this feature is enabled)

⚠ If customer confirmation is enabled — one request = 2 SMS messages.


🛡 Anti-spam protection

To prevent abuse:

• repeated submissions from the same phone number within a short period (approx. 5 minutes) will not trigger another notification

• all valid requests are still saved in the report

3. How to activate the Callback Widget?

➡ Go to the Onsite section and select the Callback Widget tab.

Then:

• Set the phone number that will receive SMS notifications

• Edit the SMS message content

• Optionally enable customer confirmation

• Customize the widget appearance

• Set the appropriate language

• Choose on which devices the widget should be displayed (desktop / mobile)

• Check the Preview

• Publish the widget


🔄 Important: Live changes vs. publishing

Please note:

• Changing the phone number or SMS message content works instantly (no need to republish).

• Changes to the widget’s appearance require clicking “Publish” to become visible on your website.

If there are unpublished design changes, the system will display a notification.

4. Reports

In the Report section, you will find:

• number of widget views

• number of clicks (requests)

• list of all requests within a selected date range

• contact details provided in the form

By default, data from the last month (including the current day) is displayed, but you can change the date range.

You can also:

🔄 refresh the data

🔍 view details of a specific request

This gives you full control over the number and quality of generated leads.

5. Mobile version

📱 The Callback Widget includes an optimized mobile version:

• more compact layout

• rounded design

• adapted to smartphone screens

This ensures customers can conveniently submit contact requests from mobile devices.

6. Best practices

✔ Make sure your SMS package is active

✔ Consider enabling customer confirmation

✔ Regularly check the reports

✔ Test the widget after publishing
