To correctly verify the shortened link domain and connect it to your account, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1. Log in to your account
Log in to your account in the client panel.
Step 2. Go to the “Sending Domain” tab
After logging in, select the Sending Domain tab from the menu.
Step 3. Start the verification process
Click the “Verify shortened link domain” button.
Then follow the steps displayed in the verification process.
Step 4. Choose the domain name
During verification, you will be asked to enter the domain name you want to use (e.g., sms.domain.com).
Enter it in the appropriate field and continue the process.
Step 5. Check the verification result
If the verification is successful, a green checkmark ✅ will appear next to the SMS icon – this means the domain has been successfully verified.
Step 6. Provide the domain name to support
After successful verification, send us the domain name, e.g., sms.domain.com.
Once we add it to your panel, you will receive a confirmation message.
Step 7. Test before sending
We recommend sending a test message to ensure everything is working correctly before starting your main campaign.
