SMS Subscription - welcome new subscribers who sign up for the SMS newsletter through the Two Tap functionality!

Welcome new subscribers who sign up for the SMS newsletter through the Two Tap functionality!

Two Tap is a simplified subscription method that allows users to easily and quickly subscribe to SMS newsletters. You can activate this feature by adding the SMS Subscription element in the Pop Up or email creator.

How to Set Up the Scenario?

First, log in to Mission Control and go to Automations -> Ready Flows -> SMS Subscription

Select the Communication Channel

You can send a thank-you message for subscribing to the SMS newsletter via:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp

Select the communication channel you want to use.

Edit Email Message Settings

Click on the thumbnail of the message you want to edit. In the section on the right, you will set the sender, subject, preheader, and additional settings like UTMs:

From this level, you can also go to edit the message design by clicking Edit Design:

Click on the thumbnail of the message you want to edit. In the section on the right, you will set the sender and the message content. You can also activate link shortening, which will allow for a more accurate assessment of SMS campaign results and optimization of actions.


Edit WhatsApp Message Settings

Click on the thumbnail of the message you want to edit. In the section on the right, you can go to the message content editing panel.

Sending a Test Message

To send a test message, click the button highlighted in the screenshot:

Reports

Ah, one more thing! You need to check how your automation is performing and whether it’s doing well. You can do this in the Reports section:

In the Overview tab, you’ll find key metrics such as revenue and overall performance data. In the Email, SMS, and WhatsApp tabs, detailed statistics are presented, including the number of delivered messages, opens, clicks, and statistics on users who unsubscribed from the list. The Orders tab contains details of specific orders:
