In the Edrone system, editing templates, known as WhatsApp templates, is subject to several rules that help you effectively manage your marketing campaigns. These limitations apply both to the editing process and template management, particularly for WhatsApp Newsletters.

1. Template Editing – Only Once Every 24 Hours

Each template can only be edited once within a 24-hour period. After making an edit, no further changes can be made to that template for the next 24 hours. Carefully consider each edit to avoid the need for additional corrections.

2. No Editing After Run/Publish

Once a campaign has been run or published, you will no longer be able to edit the specific messages scheduled for sending during that period. In practice, this means that after the campaign starts, there is no option to change the content of the templates. It’s crucial to double-check and finalize templates before launching the campaign.

3. Monthly Editing Limit for Templates

You can edit a single template up to 10 times in a month. It’s advisable to plan and optimize templates carefully before editing them to limit unnecessary changes.

4. Maximum Template Limit

The system allows you to store a maximum of 250 templates. Once this limit is reached, no new templates can be created until old ones are deleted or the existing ones are used up. It’s important to manage templates effectively to ensure there is space for new ones.

5. Automatic Deletion After Sending

For templates created for WhatsApp newsletters, the system automatically deletes them after the message has been sent. This ensures that the 250-template limit is not exceeded, allowing for effective management of new templates within the system.
