One of the very first things you need to do is connect edrone to your online store. That might sound complicated, but you'll see it's quite simple – and we have made it even easier by offering plug n' play integration with more than 20 of the main eCommerce platforms. If you use a custom solution, the process will be a bit different, but an IT specialist should have no problem doing it.
How to set up Integration with the main eCommerce Platforms
Step 1. After login into system click on SETTINGS
Step 2. Click on INTEGRATION
Step 3 Click Integrate e-commerce platform
You will see all plug'n'play integration options with major eCommerce platforms
Each platform has its own integration process. You will need to select your platform and follow the instructions.
If you need help, an IT specialist should be able to do it easily.
Custom integration
If you use another platform or have a custom-built website, you will need to do a custom integration.
This is a bit trickier, but an IT specialist should have no problem doing it. All you need to do is show him or her our documentation page (click here). This page contains everything your IT specialist needs to do a proper integration.
Once it's done, just let us know and we'll check if everything is working properly.
