Canceled Orders in the Orders Tab

In the Orders tab of edrone, you can track the status of all your orders, including canceled ones. A Canceled Order Event occurs when an order is canceled before it is processed or shipped. This change in status will be reflected in your Orders tab, where you can check and analyze all the details related to the canceled order, such as customer information, purchased items, and the order value.

For platforms like:

  • WooCommerce,

  • Shoper,

  • Tray,

  • Shopify,

  • Nuvemshop,

  • Loja Integrada

We handle canceled orders and update their status in the Orders tab. However, if you're using a platform that doesn't support this event, canceled orders may not be visible.
