Limits

Everything you need to know about limits

Written by Kasia Wolf

Limit settings

In the Your Profile → Limits section, you can decide whether messages from automation scenarios should be sent only to contacts with the Subscribed status, or also to those who haven’t yet confirmed their marketing consent (Unknown status).

The default option – sending to both groups – allows you to fully unlock your sales potential. Why?

✅ You reach a broader audience, including customers who already know your brand but haven’t confirmed their subscription yet.
✅ You increase your chances of conversion by reminding those who may have just “walked by.”
✅ You don’t lose contacts who might come back and buy – they just need the right nudge.

Email Quiet Hours

Account Limits also includes an Email Quiet Hours setting. When it's configured, automated emails created during that period aren't sent right away — they're queued and processed once quiet hours end, the same way SMS and WhatsApp already work.

⚠️ The end time only makes the email eligible to be sent. Since processing is asynchronous, delivery can happen a few minutes later (for example, quiet hours ending at 1:00 PM could mean the email is delivered around 1:07 PM).

Recommended sending frequency

To keep your communication effective and protect your sender reputation, we recommend the following limits per contact:

  • Daily: 2–3 messages

  • Weekly: 5–8 messages

Staying within these ranges helps keep engagement high and reduces unsubscribes.
