How does the Ready flow "Newsletter subscription" work? Each time a subscribe event appears in the system - i.e. when a customer subscribes to the newsletter on the store's website, they will be sent to the default group - a message from the scenario will be sent.
An exception to this rule applies to the Shoper platform. In the case of stores operating on this platform, the default group is activated only when the newsletter subscription is made using our onsite elements, such as a popup or slider.
Therefore, if you want messages to be sent after subscription via forms built into the website (e.g. in the footer, during registration or placing an order), you must:
Activate the tags assigned to these forms in the scenario settings.
Prepare the appropriate message creations.
