Smart Engage - how does it work?
With Smart Engage, a small percentage of unengaged subscribers can be automatically added to thevaudience of each newsletter, making their re-engagement fully automatic.
Based on the data, Edrone itself identifies the group of customers most likely to re-engage and adds them automatically to the audience of your Newsletter
How do I use Smart Engage?
To use Smart Engaged you must have access to the new segmentation mechanism. If you would like to use the new segmentation please contact us at hello@edrone.me or via chat.
1. Go to Campaigns -> Newsletter
2. Go to the Audience tab, then select Engaged
3. Enable Smart Engage
4. In the audience field, you can see how many people have been added to the Newsletter thanks to Smart Engage
