Smart Engage - how does it work?
With Smart Engage, a small percentage of unengaged subscribers can be automatically added to thevaudience of each newsletter, making their re-engagement fully automatic.
Based on the data, Edrone itself identifies the group of customers most likely to re-engage and adds them automatically to the audience of your Newsletter
How do I use Smart Engage?
For every Newsletter in which you select Engaged as the recipient group:
The Smart Engage option will be automatically enabled:
