To send your messages from edrone with good deliverability, you need to add your sending domain in the system and authenticate it by creating the right DNS records with your provider.
Follow the steps below to configure DNS records on Hostinger.
📌 Tip: your sending domain is not your store's URL. It doesn't include "https://" or "www" and can differ from your store domain — but it must be the domain you use to send your messages. Example: yourstore.com
Step 1 – Configure DNS records automatically in edrone
Go to Settings › Sending domain in your edrone Control Panel. If your domain isn't added yet, click Add domain and enter the domain you use for your messages (e.g. yourstore.com).
Click Configure DNS records and then Go to DNS setup. Keep this window open — you'll copy the Type, Name/host, and Value of each record from here.
📌 Tip: you don't need to create SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records separately. Just add the records edrone shows you.
Step 2 – Finding DNS in hPanel
Path: hPanel › Domains › [your domain] › DNS / Nameservers › DNS Records
On some hosting plans, the editor also appears under Websites › [site] › Advanced › DNS Zone Editor. The exact path can vary depending on the domain type, plan, and interface updates.
In hPanel, open your domain and go to DNS / Nameservers.
On the DNS Records screen, click Add record.
Choose the Type edrone showed you, fill in Name/host and Content/target exactly as shown, and leave the TTL as default. For a subdomain, enter only the label (e.g. mailing), not the full domain — most panels complete the domain automatically.
Some record types ask for extra fields, like Priority on MX. Use the official values only — never copy an example from this guide or from another account.
Save the record and repeat for each one edrone listed.
⚠️ Important: changing MX records can interrupt email delivery. Note down your current records before making changes, and never delete a record you don't recognize.
Go back to edrone and click Verify records. According to Hostinger, DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate fully — often less, depending on caching and TTL.
Domain registered on Registro.br?
If your domain is registered on Registro.br and you want Hostinger to manage its DNS, Hostinger has a specific procedure: add the domain to your plan, then delegate it on Registro.br.
In hPanel, confirm the domain has been added to your plan.
In Hostinger's connection guide, copy the nameservers shown.
On Registro.br, select the domain, open the DNS area, and choose Change DNS servers.
Enter Hostinger's nameservers and save.
Wait for propagation and confirm the connection in hPanel.
What if Hostinger doesn't support the record edrone recommends?
If you run into a record type that hPanel won't accept, click I can't configure NS records in edrone's DNS configuration screen.
