Not every DNS provider allows adding NS records for subdomains. That is why we have introduced an alternative domain configuration method that uses standard DNS records, such as CNAME and TXT.
If, during the domain configuration process, you notice that your DNS provider does not allow you to add NS records for a subdomain, you can use the alternative configuration method.
How to switch to standard DNS records?
Go to the Sending domain tab and click Configure DNS records and then Go to DNS configuration:
Click the I can't configure NS records button:
After switching, you will see a ready-made message that you can copy with one click and send directly to your hosting provider, asking them to add the required DNS records:
If you manage your DNS settings yourself, you can also manually copy the displayed records and add them in your domain provider’s panel.
Done! Now you only need to wait for the DNS changes to propagate. The verification process may take up to 72 hours.
If, after this time, the records still do not have the Verified status, contact our support team. We will help diagnose the issue and find the cause of the problem.
