How to disable, edit or delete an onsite element displayed on the store website?

To disable, edit or delete an onsite element active on your store website, log in to your account panel and go to the ONSITE tab.

Editable onsite elements in this tab are: Pop-up, Web Layer - Banner, Web Layer - Slider, Mobile Search Widget, Chat, Social Proof, Push Newsletter.

By default, the first tab CUSTOM POP-UP will be displayed. In it you will see the Pop-ups you have created with their activity markers. By clicking 'Deactivate', the selected Pop-up will be deactivated and will stop displaying on the store page. Similarly, you can deactivate the other onsite elements located in the following tabs.

The onsite component may not be removed from the store page immediately, but only a few minutes later. This is caused by delays related to updating information in downloaded external files, loading on each store page.

In the same view, you also have the option to create a new one, duplicate a created one, or delete a previously deactivated element - once deleted, the change is irreversible.

To edit the selected item, click on it - steps with widget settings will be displayed.

You can restart a deactivated or newly created pop-up by going to the last setup step, clicking 'Publish'.
