From this guide you will learn how to disable pop-up, web layer banner or slider, social proof and chat.
1. Go to the Onsites section
2. Select the element you want to disable, e.g. pop-up or web layer
You will be taken to a view where you will see all active and inactive onsite elements.
3. Click the deactivation icon
Those marked with the green word ACTIVE are currently visible on the page. To deactivate the selected item, simply click the “DEACTIVATE” button.
