This article explains what you can find in the dashboard within the pop-up section. It provides a clear overview of key data related to your pop-up campaigns, enabling quick insight into their effectiveness. This panel allows you to analyze results, compare performance, and make informed optimization decisions. Below, all the elements available in this section and their functions are described.

1. Your Pop-up Statistics

At the top of the dashboard, there are four tiles presenting the most important data about your pop-up’s performance. This is a quick way to see how your campaign is doing and how results change over time. Each tile shows not only the current value but also a comparison to the previous 30 days, making it easy to spot trends, increases, or declines.

  • Active pop-ups – the first tile shows the number of currently active pop-ups. This immediately lets you know how many campaigns are live at the moment. At the bottom of the tile, there’s information about how this number has changed compared to the previous month (exactly 30 days ago).

  • Impressions – the next tile displays the number of times pop-ups have been shown to visitors on your site. This tile also includes a comparison to the previous 30 days.

  • Clicks – the third tile shows how many times users have clicked on the pop-up. A click means any interaction, such as signing up for a newsletter, clicking a button, or navigating to another page. Again, a comparison to the previous period is provided.

  • Click-Through Rate (CTR) – the fourth tile indicates the click-through rate, which is the ratio of clicks to impressions expressed as a percentage. For example, if a pop-up was shown 1000 times and clicked 50 times, the CTR is 5%.

  • New Subscribers – the final tile shows the number of new subscribers gained through the pop-up during the analyzed period. A comparison to the previous 30 days is also included.

2. Your Pop-ups

Below the statistics tiles is a list of all your pop-ups. They are divided into three sections.

  • All – shows a complete list of pop-ups, both active and inactive. This is a convenient place to review the entire history of your campaigns in one view.

  • Active – only pop-ups currently displayed to users on the site are shown here. This lets you check which campaigns are live and affecting the user experience at any given moment.

  • Inactive – this section includes pop-ups that have been created but are not currently active or visible on the site. These may be completed campaigns or ones scheduled for future publication.

Each pop-up on the list shows basic information such as name, status, creation date, and provides quick access to editing or viewing statistics for that item.

3. Information About Your Pop-ups

Each pop-up displayed in the list contains a set of key details that allow for quick assessment of its status and performance.

The following information is available at a glance:

  • Status – indicates whether the pop-up is currently active (displayed to site visitors) or inactive.

  • Creation Date – the exact date and time the pop-up was created. This helps manage campaigns over time and track their history.

  • Pop-up Name – a unique name you assign to identify the campaign easily. Directly below the name, the ID number of the pop-up is also shown.

  • Sessions – the number of sessions in which the pop-up was displayed. A session is considered engaged if it meets at least one of the following conditions:

    • the user spent at least 10 seconds on the site,

    • viewed two or more pages or screens,

    • triggered a conversion event.

  • New Subscribers – the number of users who signed up (e.g., for a newsletter) through the pop-up. This makes it easy to identify which pop-up attracts the most new audience.

4. Editing and Additional Pop-up Management Options

Next to each pop-up on the list, there are two buttons that provide quick access to editing and additional campaign management features.

  • Pencil icon – clicking this icon takes you directly to the pop-up editor. Here you can make changes to content, design, display settings, or targeting. This is a fast way to update an existing creation without having to build a new one from scratch.

  • Three dots icon – clicking this opens a menu with four functions.

1. Preview in Shop – allows you to check how the pop-up will look on your site. Selecting this option shows a QR code and a “Check in Store” button.

  • Clicking “Check in Store” opens a preview of the pop-up in the context of the website, so you can see how it will appear to users.

  • Scanning the QR code lets you view the pop-up’s mobile version on your phone.

2. Publish – this option activates the pop-up, making it visible to users on your site. It allows quick campaign launch without entering the editor.

3. Duplicate – creates a copy of the pop-up. Useful for preparing a new campaign based on an existing design without starting from scratch.

4. Delete – completely removes the pop-up from the system. Note: this action is irreversible, so be sure before confirming.

5. Creating a New Pop-up

In the top right corner of the dashboard, there is a yellow button that allows you to quickly create a new pop-up. Clicking it takes you to a builder where you can design a new creation from scratch — selecting layout, content, appearance, and display settings. This intuitive tool helps launch new campaigns tailored to your needs in just a few steps.
