Nowadays, customers are becoming increasingly aware and selective, and they expect real value in exchange for their data. How can you engage them right at the first point of contact with your brand?

With Spin & Win, you can collect sign-ups through an interactive game. To spin the wheel and find out whether they’ve won a prize, the customer must subscribe via the pop-up. It’s a simple mechanism that combines gamification with a real sales objective.

How to create a Spin & Win pop-up

  1. Go to Onsites → Pop-ups

  2. Click “Add pop-up” and select “Spin & Win”
    (or create a classic pop-up and add the “Spin & Win” element)

  3. Collect newsletter subscribers

    Each sign-up is sent directly to your contact database and can be immediately used in future marketing communications.

  4. Configure prizes

    In the Spin & Win, you can define different types of prizes, such as:

    • discount codes,

    • free shipping,

    • a gift with purchase.

  5. Set up the design

    You can customize the design by personalizing colors, choosing from 5 predefined themes, or creating a custom theme.
    This way, the Spin & Win pop-up becomes visually attractive and conversion-focused, while staying consistent with your store’s design.

  6. Add extra elements to the onsite

    You can add additional elements to the Spin & Win pop-up, such as:

    • extra text messages,

    • graphic elements,

    • CTA buttons,

    • information about promotion terms and conditions.

Best practices for better results

  • Offer attractive prizes that are also sustainable for your business;

  • Use clear and objective copy to explain how the wheel works;

  • Keep the design aligned with your brand’s visual identity.
