The link that allows your store's users to unsubscribe from the newsletter is automatically added to the message drafts in the automation scenarios, and newsletters. It is visible at the very end of the email.
If you want to manually insert the unsubscribe link or button into the message, follow the steps below:
Link:
Add ‘Text’ element to your project
2. Select the content of the item and click the link icon in the context menu
3. Change the link action to 'Unsubscribe'
4. Remember about saving the changes!
Button:
Add a 'Button' element to your project
2. Click the button and change the action to 'Unsubscribe'
3. Save the project and you're done!
Remember that adding an ‘unsubscribe’ link/button in this form will not remove the information and link about the possibility of unsubscribing from the footer of the email. If you want to remove the information from the footer of the email, please contact us.
