At edrone, we use a one-month billing period, which starts on the day of invoicing.

If the contract is for an indefinite period, you can usually terminate the contract with one month's notice calculated at the end of the calendar or billing month.

If we have a termination notice effective at the end of the following calendar month, whether you hand notice on the 2nd of the month or the 30th, it always comes into effect at the end of the month and is effective until the end of the following month.

Example:
You hand notice on 3.12, that it comes into effect on 31.12 and you are cooperating with us until 30.01).

If we receive a notice of termination effective at the end of the following billing month, it is important to us when you pay the invoices, as this is the date on which his billing month starts.

Example:

You're billing month starts on the 25th of each month, so the customer should give notice of termination by the 24th. If the notice of termination is received on 24.12, you receive another invoice on 25.12, and is with us until 24.01. If the notice of termination is received on 26.12, you have to pay the invoice of 25.12, receive another invoice on 25.01, and cooperate with us until 24.02.

If it has been concluded for a fixed term, the contract ends at the end of the period for which it was concluded and you are not subject to any notice period. If it has been concluded for a fixed term with automatic rollover, you may give notice of termination at any time (but no later than 30 days before the end of the term for which the contract was concluded), but it will only take effect after the full term for which the contract was concluded.
