If you want your pop-up, when clicked, to redirect to a page where the customer can enter the obtained discount code, you should:
find the URL of the page where the customer can enter the discount code - depending on your site and software, this could be, for example, a shopping cart page or a dedicated subpage where the entered discount code lowers prices on all/selected products on offer
configure the button located in the pop-up to redirect to the URL described above
How to configure a button in a pop-up?
1. Go to Onsite section
2. Select the pop-up you are working on
3. Go to the design section
4. Click the button element
5. Select the action type of the "redirect" button
Here you can additionally enable the redirect to open in a new tab.
6. Enter the URL to which the user should be redirected after clicking the button
