To manually assign a tag to a customer, follow the steps below.
1. In the top bar of the page, search for the customer card
Enter the email address, first name, last name, customer ID, or phone number and press Enter.
2. Click on View Profile
3. Go to Tags section
4. Choose tag from the list
If you want to assign a tag to a larger group of customers, use the import option, during which you can assign a tag to the entire imported file.
