To manually assign a tag to a customer, follow the steps below.

1. Go to CRM section

2. Search customer card

Search customer card

3. Go to Tags section

Go to Tags section

4. Roll out the list of tags

Roll out the list of tags

5. Select a tag from the drop-down list and press plus

Select a tag from the drop-down list and press plus

If you want to assign a tag to a larger group of customers, use the import option, during which you can assign a tag to the entire imported file.
