To delete a tag from the system, follow the steps below.
Permanently deleting a tag removes it from every contact that had it. This action can't be undone.
1. Go to Customers > Tags
Open the Tags page from the Customers menu.
2. Find the tag (or tags) you want to remove
Use the search box or the Data source, Contacts, and Created filters if you need help finding it.
3. Delete it
To delete a single tag, click the "⋮" (Actions) menu next to it, select Delete, and confirm.
To delete several tags at once, select their checkboxes and click Delete (N) in the bar that appears at the top of the table, then confirm.
⚠️ Important: deleting a tag is permanent and removes it from every contact that had it.
