In the newsletter creation panel, you will find a separate tab for discount codes that you can use in your newsletters! When creating a new coupon pool, choose which coupons you want to use static or individual coupons
What is a static coupon?
Is a single, identical code, generated on the platform's side, which customers will receive in this mailing
Its advantage is that you only need to set the code once, while you have to reckon with the fact that this information may go outside the subscribers' area and the code will be used by those who are not in the subscribers' database.
How to add a static coupon?
1. Click on NEWSLETTER NEW
2. Click on COUPONS
3. Click on Create new pool
4. Choose Static
5. Enter the title of the code "Test"
6. Click on Create
7. To edit an existing static code, click on the highlighted button
In the list of pools, you will find information on how many coupons you have left in each pool or in which emails they have already been used.
What is an individual coupon?
It is a pool of codes imported into the system in the form of a CSV file, this means that each customer who receives a message will get their own unique discount code.
Its advantage is that each code is one-time only, so there is no chance that others will share the code with others. As for the disadvantage, you need to keep a constant eye on the number of codes uploaded to the system.
How to add an individual coupon?
1. Click on NEWSLETTER NEW
2. Click on COUPONS
3. Click on Create new pool
4. Choose Dynamic type
5. Type the name of the pool that appears to you, for example, "Newsletter Coupons"
6. Click on Create
7. To add a code pool, click on the button below and upload the CSV file with codes
