  • verified their domain.

Once these steps are completed, the audit becomes available directly from the main account view.

  • view the full account overview,

  • use the “Show only issues” option to quickly identify elements that require attention.

What information does the audit show?

Account Audit analyzes the most important areas of your edrone account, including:

  • integration and domain status,

  • message delivery results,

  • soft bounce, hard bounce, and rejected messages,

  • product feed status,

  • discount codes,

  • abandoned carts,

  • pop-ups and welcome messages,

  • newsletter activity from the last 30 days,

  • WhatsApp status,

  • last events,

  • active automations and custom flows.

This gives you a complete overview of your account health and helps you quickly spot missing configurations or underperforming areas.

Automation analysis

Marketing automation works best when you can easily measure results and quickly identify potential problems.

Inside Account Audit, you can monitor:

  • sent messages,

  • open rates,

  • rejection rates,

  • information about whether statistics remain within a healthy range.

The system also shows which Custom Flows are currently active and sending messages.
