How the Edrone Reviews price list works

Written by Łukasz Hardek
Updated today

The Reviews feature allows you to automatically collect feedback from customers after a purchase. This helps you build trust in your shop, increase conversion rates and support new customers’ purchasing decisions — without any extra work on your part.

The pricing plan has been designed to be simple, predictable and tailored to the actual scale of your business.

💡 What does the price consist of?

The Reviews pricing in Poland is based on two elements:

1. A fixed monthly fee

👉 PLN 49

This covers access to features and automated feedback collection.

2. Order fee

👉 PLN 1 per order

The number of orders is calculated as:

👉 the number of orders from your billing month

That’s why with edrone:

  • you only pay more when you sell more

  • you don’t overpay during quieter periods

  • costs grow alongside your business

This approach allows you to safely grow your sales and marketing — without the risk of high upfront costs.

📊 Why this model?

In eCommerce, sales are rarely the same every month.

That’s why with edrone:

  • you only pay more when you sell more

  • you don’t overpay during quieter periods

  • costs grow alongside your business

This approach allows you to safely grow your sales and marketing — without the risk of high upfront costs.

💳 How does billing work?

Billing operates on an advance payment model.

First month:

  • you pay only:
    👉 PLN 49
👉 no charge for orders (0 units)

Second month and subsequent months:

  • you pay:
👉 PLN 49 + (number of orders from the previous period × PLN 1)

In other words:

  • first, you use the feature

  • then you’re billed based on your actual usage (number of orders in the shop)

💡 What exactly are you paying for?

In the Reviews model, you pay solely for the number of orders.

👉 You do not pay for:

  • the number of reviews collected

  • the number of emails sent

  • the number of review requests

You can send as many emails as you like at no extra cost.

📩 What about SMS and WhatsApp?

  • SMS and WhatsApp messages are charged according to their standard pricing

  • you only use them when you want to

You have full control over costs and communication channels.

🚀 What makes this model stand out?

Many tools on the market:

  • limit the number of messages sent

  • charge for each review

  • or base the cost on the number of messages

With edrone, it’s different.

👉 You pay for results (orders), not for actions (messages or reviews)

This means you can:

  • collect as many reviews as possible without restrictions

  • test different communication scenarios

  • scale your activities without worrying about rising operating costs

🧾 Invoicing

Currently:

  • the fee for Reviews is issued as a separate invoice

We are working to ensure that:

  • ensure that, in future, all charges are shown on a single, combined subscription invoice

🛒 How do I enable Edrone Reviews?

You can activate the feature directly in your dashboard.

👉 Go to the Edrone Reviews section in the edrone dashboard and enable the feature for your shop.

The whole process is quick and requires no advanced configuration — so you can start collecting reviews almost immediately.

🔍 Worth remembering

Before comparing our offer with other tools — check carefully:

👉 what you’re actually paying for

With edrone, the model is simple:

  • a single fixed fee

    • cost based on the number of orders

No hidden fees for shipping or collecting reviews.

This means one thing:

👉 you can focus on sales and growing your shop, rather than keeping an eye on limits.

Additional billing rules for Edrone Reviews

We want using Reviews to be as simple as possible — even if you manage several shops at once.

That’s why the model has been designed not to multiply costs or complicate billing.

🧩 One system, one fee

If you use several trackers (e.g. you have several shops):

👉 you pay just one fixed fee – 49 PLN

You don’t need to activate a separate subscription for each shop.

📊 How do we count orders?

👉 We count the total number of orders from all trackers where you have Reviews enabled

In other words:

  • you have full control over where you want to collect reviews

  • you only pay for those shops where the feature actually works

💡 Full flexibility

Don’t want to collect reviews in every shop?

👉 You don’t have to.

  • You enable Reviews only where it makes sense

  • other trackers don’t incur any costs

⚠️ One important rule

If you’re using the paid version of Reviews:

👉 it applies to your entire account

This means that:

  • you cannot combine the paid and free (freemium) versions within a single account

  • you have consistent and predictable billing

🧾 Simple billing, even with multiple shops

If you have several trackers on a single invoice:

👉 you still:

  • you pay a single fixed fee

    • the total value of orders from active shops

No additional fees per shop.

📩 Additional costs

  • SMS (and other paid channels) are billed separately

  • you only use them when you want to

🚀 Why does this solution work?

Instead of complicated models:

  • you don’t pay for each shop separately

  • you don’t have to manage multiple subscriptions

  • you have a single, clear cost

👉 This allows you to focus on what matters most — growing sales and gathering reviews that genuinely influence purchasing decisions.
