A new automation scenario will help you increase your sales by using the urgency effect! When a customer viewed a product on your site but does not make a purchase, and its price increases - they will automatically receive a message about the increase. This is a great way to encourage customers to make a purchase decision faster. Use this strategy to maximize conversions and motivate customers to act!

How to set up a scenario?

First, log in to your Workspace and go to Automations > Ready Flows > and select Price change alert: up Flow.

The first view shows how the Flow works, and is also the place where you can adjust limits to diversify messages and avoid spamming customers.

Please note that to run this flow, you must upload a product feed along with information about the prices.

Step 1

Go to edit the message.

Step 2

Select the sender of the message or add a new one, and then enter the title and preheader. Remember that in the case of the title and preheader, after creating the message, you can use the proposals prepared by artificial intelligence.

Step 3

Now Edit design. Here you will design your message. If you haven't tried our Drag 'n' Drop Editor yet, you'll find a lot of useful tips in this article. This is also where you can add discount codes or use our ready-made templates. Don't forget to send yourself a test message!

Step 4

After saving and returning to the previous view, Flow is ready to run.

Reports

To check how your new automation works and what benefits it brings to your business, you can go to the REPORTS section. There you will find the main metrics, such as: Engagement revenue, Sent, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, CTR and others. Remember that you can filter the results by date and message.
