When sending test messages, you may notice a string of letters and numbers added after the hashtag at the end of the title (#1234abc). This is our internal message identifier, which is only displayed with test messages.

Your customer receiving a real mailing from an automation scenario or a newsletter campaign will not see this identifier.

We have added this identifier so that when several test messages with the same or similar title are sent, mailboxes do not thread these individual messages, hiding the full content of the message.

With these identifiers, you will receive each test message in a separate thread, making it easier for you to verify them.
