Social Proof Inform type - goals, possibilities, configuration
Social proof type Inform can be an effective tool to engage customers and encourage them to take advantage of promotions. By informing customers about current offers, their duration and available discount codes, you build a sense of trust and encourage them to take action.
Follow the steps below to select the Promote type:
1. In the Goal tab, select Inform Type
2. Go to the Adjust tab to select the right message type
Discount Code - gives you the opportunity to place a static discount code (which must be previously created in your online store).
The user will be able to copy the discount code by clicking on the Social Proof widget.
Discount code with countdown - gives you the opportunity to place a static discount code (which must be previously created in your online store) along with a countdown timer until the end of the promotion.
The user will be able to copy the discount code by clicking on the Social Proof widget.
Countdown - a countdown timer with the option to include a URL. After clicking on the widget, customers will be redirected to a specific page (e.g. a page with all the products currently in the promotion).
For both options with countdown, you will specify the end time in step 4. Rules
