To properly send messages from edrone and ensure their deliverability, you need to add your sending domain to the system (the domain you use in the sender addresses of your messages) and authenticate it by adding the appropriate DNS records to the hosting server where your domain is managed.
To configure DNS records in nazwa.pl, follow the instructions below.
If you experience difficulties specifically related to using your hosting provider's panel or adding DNS records there, we recommend contacting your hosting provider's support team directly.
Please remember that the sender domain is not your store URL. It does not contain https:// or www, and it may be different from your store's domain. It should, however, be the domain you use to send your messages.
A correctly formatted example of a sender domain is: sklepabc.com
Option 1 – Automatic DNS record configuration in edrone
Go to the Sending domain tab in the edrone panel, under Your store. You will see a list of your sending domains — next to the relevant domain, click Configure DNS records.
Confirm the main domain name and the subdomains managed by edrone, then click Continue to DNS setup.
📌 Tip: Unlike the previous process, you no longer need to add SparkPost DKIM, EmailLabs DKIM, SPF, or DMARC records separately. You only need to add the NS records provided by edrone.
Option 2 – Manually adding NS records in nazwa.pl
Log in to your nazwa.pl account → go to Customer Panel → Services → Domains
Select your domain and then click the "CONFIGURE" button.
Click the "CHANGE" button.
At the very bottom, click "Add another record".
Select the NS record type and enter the values generated in the edrone panel (Step 1) in the appropriate fields.
For the Name field, enter "messages" if you are verifying a transactional subdomain or "newsletter" if you are verifying a marketing subdomain. Then confirm the record by clicking on the button.
Repeat this step for each NS record provided by edrone.
Please note that DNS record propagation may take up to 48 hours, so if the status does not change immediately, please check again later.
What if my DNS provider does not support NS records?
Not every DNS provider allows NS records to be added for subdomains. If this is the case with nazwa.pl, click the I can't configure NS records button in the edrone DNS configuration window.
You will then be switched to an alternative configuration using standard DNS records, such as CNAME and TXT.
If your provider starts supporting NS records in the future, you can switch back to the recommended configuration at any time by clicking Use recommended records.
You can find the full instructions in the article How to verify a domain if your provider does not support NS records.
