Remember that the sender domain is not the url of your shop, it does not contain "https://" and "www" and it may be different from your shop domain, but it should be the domain that you use to send messages. This is the correct notation of a sample sender domain: sklepabc.com.
To add a sending domain and generate a DKIM for it, follow the steps below.
1. Go to the SETTINGS section
2. Click on INTEGRATION
3. Click on SENDING DOMAIN
4. Click on Add domain button
5. Type the authenticated domain
6. Click on Save and continue
7. Copy the hostname and value
Here you can copy the generated dedicated DKIM for your domain in TXT type. It contains the hostname and the value.
8. Enter the generated DKIM in your hosting
Copy and add the host name and value appropriately in the hosting panel where your domain is registered - you should be able to do this in the place where you add and edit DNS records for your domain.
9. Verify that DKIM was added correctly in the edrone panel
Once you have added the DKIM to your hosting, return to edrone and click the Verify button below the generated DKIM. This is necessary to confirm that the added entry is correct.
Remember that you only have 14 days to add the generated DKIM on your hosting and verify it in edrone. After two weeks, the unverified entry is no longer valid, at which point you must re-add the domain and generate a new DKIM.
If DKIM has been added correctly, you will see a green label Verified next to your domain. This means that the domain is verified, authenticated, which has a positive effect on it being received by customers' inboxes, thus improving deliverability, and you know that from now on you can confidently use this domain in your edrone mailings.
