Remember that the sender domain is not the url of your shop, it does not contain "https://" and "www" and it may be different from your shop domain, but it should be the domain that you use to send messages. This is the correct notation of a sample sender domain: sklepabc.com.

In order to send your messages from edrone correctly and ensure their deliverability, you need to add a domain or several sending domains (which you use in the sending addresses of your messages) in the system, as well as authenticate them by verifying the appropriate DNS records on the domain/domain hosting servers.

Adding a sending domain

Below are instructions on how to add a sending domain in edrone.

1. Click on Settings

Click on Settings

2. Click on Sending domain

Click on Sending domain

3. Click on Add domain

Click on Add domain

4. Type your sending domain

Type "yourdomain.com"

5. Click on Save and continue

Click on Save and continue

Your domain has been added to edrone. It now needs to be verified.

Domain verification

Once the domain has been added, you will see a buttom with the option "Verify domain". This is where you are going to easily verify the 5 records needed to be added to your DNS provider.

After clicking on "Verify domain", you will be directed to the Entri window. Click "Continue" to allow us to analyze your domain and prepare the configuration for you.

After Entri analyzes your DNS information, you will then need to log in your DNS provider to allow edrone to connect your domain. If necessary,

Success! After loggin in your DNS provider, your domain should be configurated correctly in edrone.

The verification can take up to 48 hours to be completed. When all records are verified, you will see a green label appear in the status "Verified" next to your domain.

All done!

Manual verification

If your domain is not recognised by Entri, or if there’s any other problem regarding your provider, there are two options:

Option 1

Find your provider manually on the list and go through the rest of the verification process:

Option 2

Go through manual process by scrolling down and clicking “Go to our manual setup”:

In this part, you have to manually add all DNS records, so it's best to forward the configuration to someone who is technically capable of handling it.
