What are multiple messages and what is their purpose?

In the ADJUST tab, under the section related to tags, you will find Multiple Messages. This is a sequence of messages that you can send to users after they confirm their subscription. This is a good way to introduce customers to your store's story, mission or vision, or to introduce members of your team.

Multiple message limit and sending time

You can set up to a maximum of four messages and set a send time for each message. If you don't set a time, it will depend on when recipients confirm their subscription.

In the Design section, you can set the appearance of your Multiple Message by selecting it from the drop-down list at the top of the screen.

NOTE: If you set Multiple Messages, they will be sent to the customer only after the Confirmation Message and Welcome Message have been received (this depends on which subscription model you are using).

If you are using the Double Opt-In model and the customer does not confirm the subscription, they will not receive Multiple Messages. Multiple messages are an additional option that allows you to send as many as 6 automatic emails to new subscribers (including subscription confirmation and welcome messages in the Double Opt-In model).
